Therapeutic Modalities
Telehealth Therapy
Quality Care, Wherever You Are
I offer therapy exclusively through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth — no commute, no waiting room, just consistent support from wherever you're most comfortable. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.
I currently see clients located anywhere in Massachusetts.
Why Telehealth?
No commute or travel costs — more time and money stay in your day.
More flexibility — fits into a lunch break or quiet moment at home.
More comfort — meeting from your own space can ease the anxiety of starting therapy.
It works — research shows telehealth is comparable to in-person care for most concerns, with the vast majority of psychologists and patients rating it effective.
What matters most is the relationship and the work — telehealth just makes it easier to show up.
What to Expect in a Session
Sessions typically run 45–55 minutes and are scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on what feels helpful. The first session serves as an intake where I'll ask about your history and life more broadly, not just what's bringing you in right now, to understand the fuller picture of who you are.
From there, therapy can take different shapes: some clients work through a specific issue over a shorter period, while others use it as ongoing space for deeper growth. We'll figure out together what fits.
